18 U.S.C. § 2257

WEONLYUS produces and displays visual depictions of actual sexually explicit conduct and simulated sexually explicit conduct as defined in 18 U.S.C. §§ 2256–2257.

For depictions of actual people, records required by 18 U.S.C. § 2257 and 28 C.F.R. 75 are maintained by the Custodian of Records:

Those records include the legal name and date of birth of each performer and are available for inspection during normal business hours as required by law.

Virtual / digitally created characters are not real people. They are presented as adults 18 or older. No 2257 performer file exists for a character who is not a real person.

Third-party platforms (Fanvue, MagCloud, mymember.site) keep their own records for content hosted there.

Submissions

If you apply to be a WOU Baddie you must be 18 or older. You are responsible for the files you send. By submitting you grant WEONLYUS a non-exclusive license to review the work and, if you are booked, to use approved stills in the magazine, on this site, and in WEONLYUS promo. We do not sell your raw set. We can reject any submission with no explanation.

Do not send content involving anyone under 18. That submission is destroyed and you are banned.

Privacy

We collect what you type into forms (name, email, links) and standard site analytics. We do not sell your list. Payment data for Members, Fanvue, and MagCloud lives on those platforms, not on this page.

Use the site as posted. Do not hack it, scrape it, or impersonate WEONLYUS. Links to Members, Fanvue, and MagCloud are third-party services with their own terms. Refunds and billing disputes go to those platforms.

Content is provided as-is. WEONLYUS is not liable for how you use it.
